I'm Jordan Pesavento. I run Media Grizzly — a small studio that builds the dependable, behind-the-scenes software businesses run on: backend applications, SMS and text-alerting systems, APIs, and the automation that ties it all together.
Eight years on an IT help desk taught me how things break before I ever learned how to build them. That order matters. When a system misbehaves, I trace it to where the problem actually lives — not where it happens to show up.
Security is a starting point, not an upsell. Secrets stay out of source. Access is least-privilege by default. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The baseline I'd want for my own business is the one you get.
