Media Grizzly operates an SMS program called Media Grizzly Alerts that sends operational, service-related text notifications to a small, known roster of business owners and staff whose websites we build and operate, and to our own team. We do not message the general public or end consumers. By providing your mobile number and opting in during onboarding, you agree to these terms.
Media Grizzly Alerts sends operational and system notifications only. The most common is a brief, non-identifying alert that a new form submission arrived on a site we operate — for example, "A new form submission arrived. Check your email for full details." — so the responsible owner or staff member knows to review it. We also send internal system and status alerts (such as job-completion or downtime notices). Message bodies contain no third-party personal data. We do not message the general public, we send no marketing or promotional content, and these are recurring, activity-triggered messages.
You opt in to Media Grizzly Alerts by texting the keyword START to our messaging number, or by giving your mobile number to us directly during onboarding and agreeing to receive operational alerts. After you opt in, we send a one-time confirmation text before any alerts begin. These are operational, service messages — not marketing — and we never solicit opt-in by unsolicited message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email jordan.pesavento@kulerlabs.com.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may receive an additional message if you opt back in later. To opt back in, contact us during onboarding or reply START to resume after a STOP. You can also request removal on our opt-out page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is used only to operate this messaging program and deliver the messages you request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
