Media Grizzly provides software development and related services, including backend applications, SMS/text-alerting systems, APIs, integrations, automation, and infrastructure work. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
If you opt in to receive text messages, your use of that program is also governed by our SMS Program & Opt-in Terms and our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work delivered to a client transfers to that client upon full payment. The Media Grizzly name, logo, and site content remain our property.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Grizzly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service engagements are governed by the warranty and liability terms in their respective agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
